This policy explains what Be In Your Prime (“we”, “us”) collects when you use beinyourprime.com, why, who handles it, and how to have it deleted. You must be 18 or older to use the site.
What we collect
Your quiz answers. They stay in your browser tab while you take the quiz and see your profile. They are sent to us only when you ask for your report by email.
Your email address, when you ask for your report or join the waitlist.
Basic technical data that every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. Our hosting provider keeps this in short-lived server logs for security and to keep the site running.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, location or payment details, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To build your personal report from your answers and email it to you.
To email you about the Prime app, including when it opens. You can stop these emails at any time (see below).
To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your data, we do not share your answers with advertisers or ad platforms, and we do not use your answers to make any medical or legal decision about you.
Who handles it for us
Resend (resend.com) sends our emails and stores our email list. Because your report is written from your answers, a copy of the email, including what it says about your habits, is kept in Resend’s sending logs for a limited time.
Cloudflare runs our website hosting and its Turnstile check, which blocks automated bots on our forms. Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address, to tell people from bots.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. They are allowed to use it only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We do not keep your quiz answers in a database of our own. They exist only in the report email and the provider logs described above, which expire on the provider’s schedule.
Your choices and rights
Every email we send, including your report, has an unsubscribe link. One click removes you from the list.
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the data we hold about you by emailing hello@beinyourprime.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, the UK, California or India) you may have further rights under local law, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Sensitive information
Your answers are about personal habits. We ask for them only to write your report, and you choose whether to send them. If you would rather not, you can still see your profile on screen without giving an email.
Children
The site is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the site, email us and we will delete their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will tell people on our email list.
